We would like to make you aware of some exciting enhancements to our support processes. Our new Harper Group Help Center ticketing interface will allow us to streamline our resolution processes by getting you the help you need more quickly and efficiently.
In order to take advantage of some of the enhancements to our ticket submission process, such as the ability to attach screenshots to your tickets, all new support requests can now be submitted through the Harper Group Help Center. You will be able to view, update and track the status of all of your tickets via the My Activities section for greater efficiency. Please be sure to review the following article which walks you through the process of submitting a ticket via the Help Center.
